About the workshop

Executing your strategy with OKRs

If you have a strategy but are unsure how to execute and operationalise it, this workshop is for you. We will introduce the OKR framework made famous by companies like Amazon, Apple, Spotify, and Google and help you tailor it to your business needs.

OKR, which stands for "Objectives and Key Results", is a method used to define, organise, measure, and follow up on goals. This method is both simple and challenging.

Who is this for?

For companies and teams that want to deliver results, increase alignment, and reduce unnecessary work. If you are working with a tight budget and aggressive deadlines, this workshop will help you define your desired outcomes and how to achieve them.
