Digital Accessibility Review

Back to service hub

What is this?

With the European Accessibility Act (EAA) coming into effect in June 2025, we are offering a service to help you evaluate your current digital accessibility status and recommend steps to address the gaps. You pick the scope - we can analyze one user journey to get you started, or your entire product.

Will this ensure compliance?

The short answer is 'no'. Both because we are not legal experts, and because companies and lawmakers are still figuring out exactly what compliance will look like in practice.

This review will help you understand the scope of work you need to complete to reduce your legal risks, and set you up with a prioritised list of changes, showing you what to focus on first.

What do I need to prepare?

To ensure you are getting the most out of this service, we recommend you look into your existing products or service and have an aligned view of what is “critical”. Typically “critical” would be defined as something imperative for the success of the service. For example, in a webshop, critical would be “finding a product”, “adding product to shopping cart”, or “checking out”.

On top of that, gather interested parties and ensure they are available during the audit in case you want them to be more involved. Otherwise, we can take care of the rest.
